Hello and welcome to www.1mortgageloan.com  I am the owner of this site and a longtime Seattle area real estate and mortgage consultant.  I have lived in the Northwest all of my life other than a few years in the Phoenix area where I graduated from Arizona State University in 1992. 

Outside of real estate and mortgage lending I love spending time with my two wonderful children, Logan and Morgan, who are two of the best kids a dad could ever hope for.  We enjoy the beaches, boating, skiing, fishing and just goofing off as 5 and 6 year old kids prefer that to about anything. 

I enjoy many of the above things in my personal time as well.  I find myself in the mountains, out boating in Puget Sound or rafting one of the many whitewater rivers in the area.  I do enjoy all that the city offers as well with fantastic restaurants, music and sports keeping me occupied also.
